Initial review – We verify insurance, confirm service area, and assess project fit.
Follow-up call or email – If your scope and availability align with an upcoming project, we’ll reach out within 5–7 business days to discuss rates, scheduling, and onboarding.
Onboarding packet – Qualified partners receive a short subcontract agreement, payment terms, and project-specific details. At that time we’ll confirm W-9 and updated COI (if not already provided).
